Acting Regional Secretary Leads “Chat Performance” Scope of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government
Setelah apel gabungan OPD lingkup Pemprov Sultra, di halaman kantor Gubernur Sultra, Kamis 2 Januari 2020 Pj Sekda La Ode Ahmad langsung memimpin acara ngobrol kinerja (ngoki) yang digelar di Warkop H Anto Jembatan Triping Kendari.

Kegiatan ini digelar mendadak dan tidak direncanakan di awal. Malahan, beberapa pejabat lingkup Pemprov Sultra kebingungan dengan usulan Pj Sekda ini.
This activity was held suddenly and was not planned in advance. In fact, some provincial government officials in Southeast Sulawesi are confused by the Acting Regional Secretary’s proposal.
“Baik staf ahli, asisten maupun pimpinan OPD pada bingung dan heran kenapa ada kegiatan tanpa diagendakan. Tiba di Kopi Haji Anto, Pj Sekda langsung pimpin dan menyampaikan bahwa sudah minta izin bapak Gubernur dan wakil Gubernur untuk buat kegiatan ini yaitu Ngobrol Kinerja (Ngoki) bagi staf ahli, asisten dan pimpinan OPD,” kata Kadis Kominfo Sultra Syaifullah.

Menurut Pj Sekda Sultra, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan silahturahim unsur pimpinan lingkup Pemprov Sultra.

Kemudian, meningkatkan kinerja yang berintegritas, loyalitas, dan akuntabiltas di lingkup Pemprov Sultra serta meningkatkan inovasi dan kreatif guna mewujudkan Pemprov Sultra yang berdaya saing.

Menurut Pj Sekda, kegiatan “Ngoki” ini akan dilaksanakan secara rutin setiap minggu per OPD, dengan durasi waktu paling lama 2 jam. Jadwal kemudian diatur oleh Karo Pemerintahan La Ode Ali Akbar.
