Ali Mazi Dukung Pembangunan Bandar Udara di Kolut

Ali Mazi Supports Airport Development in Kolut

Gubernur Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra), H. Ali Mazi, SH mendukung rencana pembangunan bandar udara di Kolaka Utara (Kolut).

The Governor of Southeast Sulawesi (Southeast Sulawesi), H. Ali Mazi, SH, supports the plan to build an airport in North Kolaka (North Sumatra).

Menurut Ali Mazi, perjalanan menuju Kolut dari ibu kota provinsi Sultra cukup melelahkan dan membutuhkan waktu sekitar delapan jam.

According to Ali Mazi, the trip to Kolut from the provincial capital of Southeast Sulawesi was quite tiring and took around eight hours.

“Perjalanan dari Kota Kendari ke Kolaka Utara cukup melelahkan. Butuh waktu sekitar 8 jam, olehnya itu, rencana Bupati Kolut membangun bandar udara sendiri saya selaku Gubernur dan masyarakat Sultra mendukung agar segera dilaksanakan pembangunannaya,”ucap Ali Mazi saat memberikan sambutan di Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke 16 Kolut.

“The journey from Kendari City to North Kolaka is quite tiring. It took about 8 hours, according to him, the plan of the North Sumatra Regent to build his own airport as the Governor and the Southeast Sulawesi community supported the construction to be carried out immediately, “said Ali Mazi when giving a speech on the 16th Birthday (HUT) of North Sumatra.

Ali Mazi said, the construction of airports in North Sumatra was a supporter of the acceleration of regional autonomy programs and activities, both in the tourism, mining and energy sectors.

Even so, airport development must be supported by the community. “It is less competitive, and its development is slow, if North Sumatra does not have permanent airport facilities and infrastructure,” he explained.

Meanwhile, North Kolaka Regent, Nur Rahman Umar said, the short and medium term program of the North Sumatra Regency Government focused on planning and implementing airport development on the coast in Lametuna and Kalu-Kaluku Villages, Kodeoha Kolut District.

“The North Sumatra Regency Government has budgeted for the first phase of land acquisition of Rp 14.5 billion, with an area of 30 hectares for the airport development plan,” he said, Tuesday (1/7/2020).

Nur Rahman Umar menambahkan, kontur tanah lokasi pemangunan bandar udara Kolut hampir sama dengan kontur di Bandara Ngurahrai Denpasar Bali dan Balikpapan.

Nur Rahman Umar added that the contours of the ground for the construction of the airport in Kolut were almost the same as the contours at Ngurahrai Airport in Bali and Balikpapan.

Nur Rahman Umar also appreciated the governor of Southeast Sulawesi and the head of the PKK TP who visited and attended the 16th anniversary of North Sumatra.

At the end of his remarks, Nur Rahman Umar reminded not to forget history, “Let’s create the character of the dignified and religious community of North Kolaka Regency,” he concluded.
