Kecamatan Laonti adalah salah satu yang di tinjaunya di awal Januari ini dengan meninjau langsung progress pembangunan di Laonti, khususnya wisata Namu termasuk menggelar Rapat kerja bersama dengan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) se Kecamatan Laonti di Desa Namu, Kamis (02/01/2020).

Syarif Sajang, Ketua Tim PKK Konsel Hj Nurlin Surunuddin dan sejumlah kepala SKPD melihat langsung pembangunan infrastruktur yang saat ini telah rampung pembangunannya, yakni papan informasi dan petunjuk arah, taman, hikers penyediaan sumber air bersih dan toilet komunal, dermaga dan tambatan perahu serta lapak UMKM (cinderamata) permanen, Mushollah, Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS), akses jalan sepanjang Desa dengan rabat beton dan pembangunan jembatan antar Dusun, hingga jalan setapak ke puncak air terjun Pitu Ndengga, termasuk pembuatan dua rumah singgah menuju air terjun dan toilet umum.

Mantan Ketua DPRD Konsel itu mengaku, Ini merupakan kunjungan kerja pertama saya di awal Tahun 2020. Sebagai bukti kepedulian dalam merubah wilayah ini menjadi produktif dan dapat mensejahterahkan. Yang tentunya harus bersama-sama bekerja dan mendukung keseluruhan program pembangunan yang sedang di galakkan Pemda.

Pasangan H Arsalim Arifin itu menambahkan, jembatan penghubung antar Dusun di Desa Namu yang sedang di buat, Ia mengungkapkan bahwa nantinya memudahkan arus lalulintas barang dan manusia, khususnya anak sekolah, karena akan digabungkan SD dan SATAP yang saat ini gedungnya masih terpisah.

Mantan Ketua DPD II Golkar Konsel itu berpesan kepada masyarakat Desa Namu dan sekitarnya agar merawat aset yang telah dibangun, dengan merasa bagian dari miliknya, serta menjaga kebersihan, keamanan dan ketertiban agar membuat wisatawan betah dan nyaman serta ingin datang kembali dengan mengajak anggota keluarga lainnya. Sehingga perputaran ekonomi Desa makin meningkat dan berkesinambungan.

“Saya sangat berharap lokasi Wisata namu ini, bukan saja sebagai kebanggaan masyarakat Laonti dan Konawe Selatan, tetapi dengan adanya wisata tersebut, masyarakat juga meningkat kesejahteraannya,”Tandasnya.
