Health Facilities Already Available, In the Future the HR
Bupati Wakatobi Arhawi mengatakan pembangunan Puskesmas diempat pulau akan menjadi tantangan kedepan pasca peresmiannya. Pasalnya, kedepan gedung pelayanan kesehatan itu harus didukung Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).
Regent of Wakatobi Arhawi said the development of Puskesmas in the four islands will be a challenge in the future after the inauguration. Because, in the future the health service building must be supported by Human Resources (HR).
“Sarana fasilitas infrastruktur sekarang ini lebih baik, sudah ada, dengan begitu tanggung jawab besar pemerintah kedepan bagaimana peningkatan dan pemenuhan SDMnya dimasing-masing Puskesmas,” ungkapnya dalam acara peresmian UPTD Puskesmas Usuku, Kecamatan Tomia Timur, Selasa (7/1/2020).
“Infrastructure facilities are now better, there are already, so the government’s big responsibility in the future is how to increase and fulfill human resources in each Puskesmas,” he said at the inauguration of the UPTD Puskesmas in Usuku, Tomia Timur District, Tuesday (1/7/2020) .
Arhawi mengatakan, program gedung puskesmas dengan dua lantai merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam menjamin pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat disetiap pulau. Apalagi, kata dia, Pemda sejauh ini serius untuk membangun sarana pelayanan tersebut.
Arhawi said that the two-storey Puskesmas building program was an attempt by the government to guarantee public health services on each island. Moreover, he said, the Regional Government has so far been serious in building the service facilities.
“Tak hanya kita benahi gedung puskesmas saja, kita (Pemda) juga merehab gedung baru RSUD di ibukota, dengan kontruksi bangunan dua dan tiga lantai,” ucapnya.
“Not only do we fix the puskesmas building, we (Pemda) also rehabilitate the new hospital building in the capital, with the construction of two and three-story buildings,” he said.
Kata dia, semua itu guna mendukung gerak pembangunan kesehatan terlebih posisi Wakatobi saat ini sebagai daerah wisata nasional. Sehingga pentingnya untuk didukung. Terlebih dari pemerintah pusat.

“Ini kalau kita tidak cita-citakan maka tidak akan mungkin akan terbangun. Dan Alhamdullah melalui DAK kita dibantu oleh pemerintah pusat dengan nilai cukup besar,” katanya.
Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Muliaddin M,Kes mengatakan, sejauh ini intesitas masyarakat dalam berobat di puskesmas sangat begitu tinggi dari waktu ke waktu. Tak terkecuali pada UPTD Puskesmas Usuku.

Lanjutnya, meski status akreditas pada UPTD masih bintang satu, tetapi diharapkan dengan upaya pembenahan sarana bangunan, puskesmas yang berdempit rujab Camat Tomia Timur itu dapat meraih status yang lebih baik.
